After over a decade of operation, Cedar Creek Animal Hospital has decided to close our doors. It is impossible to fully express our gratitude for your business and support. We will sincerely miss our clientele and all the animals we have come to know along the way. 

Our last effective day of business will be September 10th, 2026. Until 5:00 pm on that date, we will continue to see our patients and provide services as usual. If you would like to make any appointments or inquiries before September 10th, 2026, please contact us at our main number 972-548-9946 or email cedarcreekanimalhospital@gmail.com. For records requests or help with our online pharmacy, both contact methods will remain available indefinitely. If you would like your records to be provided directly to another business, please notify us and we will get to work on your request. For records emailed to you directly, please be sure to verify your current email address.  

Providing you with the best service and support is still our top priority. It has been an honor to make such a difference for so many of you and your fluffy, scaly, and feathered family members. Thank you again for your business and for trusting our expertise.
